1. Is additional installation required for the ball washing machine after delivery?

No complex installation is needed. Simply connect to a power source after unboxing to start using it directly. The installation and commissioning process is eliminated, allowing you to quickly put it into ball pool cleaning work.

3. What is the delivery time for the ball washing machine and ocean balls after payment?

As all products are custom-manufactured, the delivery time is as follows:

Ball cleaning machine: Shipped within 7 working days after full payment is received;

Ocean balls: For orders of 100,000 pieces per batch, shipped within 3 working days after full payment is received;

4. What packaging method is used for the ball washing machine, and is it safe during transportation?

The ball washing machine adopts multi-layer reinforced packaging: bubble pack+well paper+stretch film+plywood box.
